Snowevo is a registered trademark powered by Snow Evolution SLU, a licensed travel company based in Andorra.

General Booking Conditions

These are the general booking terms and may be adapted depending on each custom travel request and each provider’s commercial conditions. Specific conditions will always be stated in the official booking confirmation document.

Services Included

Tailor-made Snowevo packages may include:

• Flights
• Transfers
• Accommodation
• Lift passes
• Ski or snowboard equipment rental
• Ski or snowboard lessons
• Freeride guiding, heliskiing, snowmobiles, snowshoeing and more
• Spa, wellness, gastronomy and wine experiences

Pricing & Payments

• All prices include applicable taxes unless noted otherwise.
• A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
• Full balance is due 30 days before arrival.
• Accepted payments: bank transfer, PayPal, Bizum and Revolut.

Cancellations & Changes

• More than 30 days before arrival: full refund, minus bank or transfer fees.
• 15–30 days before arrival: 50% refund.
• Less than 15 days before arrival: no refund.
• Changes can be requested up to 15 days prior to arrival and are subject to availability and price adjustment.

Insurance

Clients must have valid travel and medical insurance covering mountain sports. Snow Evolution SLU is not responsible for any uninsured accidents, injuries, delays or losses.

Responsibility & Liability

Snow Evolution SLU acts as an intermediary between the client and selected providers, including hotels, guides, transport companies, ski schools and other service providers.

Snowevo ensures quality and reliability in the selection of providers, but cannot be held responsible for third-party service failures, force majeure events such as weather, strikes or road closures, or client negligence.

Disputes & Complaints

• Please report any issue during the trip directly to the Snowevo team so we can assist.
• If unresolved, formal complaints must be sent in writing within 14 days after the end of the stay.
• All legal matters fall under the jurisdiction of Andorra.

Influencer & Brand Collaborations

• Collaborations must be agreed in writing prior to promotion.
• Deliverables, usage rights and compensation are outlined in each collaboration agreement.
• Snowevo reserves the right to share co-created content for brand communication purposes.

Group Booking Terms

• A group booking is considered 6 or more persons.
• One group leader must manage all communication and payments.
• Special discounts and custom payment schedules may apply.
• Group-specific cancellation terms are detailed in each group offer or contract.
